Returns
Our policy lasts forever, or as long as we do, whichever comes first.

If you don't like your mug and want to return it, send it back to us with a note and we'll refund your purchase price and original shipping amount.

Exchanges
We'll be glad to replace your mug if it is defective or damaged when you get it. Send us an email at contact@joeveo.com and we'll work out the details.
